The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship within ASEM, on April 14, 2025, organized the first exploitation workshop “New Sustainable Governance and Management Systems”, with the aim of promoting sustainable thinking, ethical governance and the responsible involvement of the business environment in community development.
The event brought together students, teachers and representatives of the private and public sectors, providing a framework for interdisciplinary dialogue and exchange of good practices on the integration of sustainability into management processes.
Special guests:
• Liliana BUZU, director, TOP Consulting;
• Victor NISTORICĂ, administrator, Brutăria Bardar;
• Marianna TUCAN, marketing director, RunPay Moldova.
They presented concrete examples of how local businesses implement the principles of sustainability: from protecting the environment and increasing energy efficiency, to digitizing internal processes and assuming an active role in supporting local communities.
It was highlighted that ethical governance and sustainable thinking contribute significantly to increasing competitiveness and resilience in the face of current challenges.
The information session was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”. This project aims to develop and improve the STEAM skills of students and teachers, in order to innovate the curriculum and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses.
