On 27.05.2024, the Center for Competences and Innovation “STEAM Innovation”, the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, FBAA, ASEM, organized an information session about the Erasmus+ project “Skills4future”. The event was attended by representatives from the business environment, teaching staff and students from the Business and Administration study program.
Initially, the head of the department Angela Solcan presented the new Headquarters of the Center for Competences and Innovation “STEAM Innovation”, which will be located in room 701 of block A and which was equipped within the Skills4future project. The director of the Center, Irina Dorogaia, came with a word of greeting and informed the public about the particularities of the Skills4future project, the basic objectives, the activities carried out during the first year of the project’s launch.
Special guests, Mr. Platon Nicolae, director of the Tourism Information and Promotion Center (CIPT) and Mr. Manea Sergiu, president of the Employers’ Association of the Tourism Industry of the Republic of Moldova (APIT) addressed topics with reference to the importance of collaboration between the business environment and the environment academic.
Irina Călugăreanu, member of the Skills4future project, had an engaging and informative presentation on the role of Social Media Management in the activity of a company or organization. Likewise, the other representatives from the business environment had the opportunity to explore ideas and strategies related to digitization and innovation, to connect and share knowledge in a friendly and dynamic environment.
The information session was organized within the Erasmus+ project “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”. This project aims to develop and improve the STEAM skills of students and teachers, with a view to curriculum innovation and the sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses.
