2025, September 24: Skills4future 2nd Exploitation Workshop

The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at ASEM organized, on September 24, 2025, Exploitation Workshop N2 “Complex Skills for Future Business 4.0”, aimed at identifying and leveraging the essential skills for the business environment of the future, in the context of digital transformation and emerging economic trends.
The event brought together students, faculty from the universities participating in the Skills4Future project, and representatives from the private and public sectors, providing a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue and exchange of best practices.
Special guests included Alexandru STRATAN, Rector of ASEM; Liudmila STIHI, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Education and Research; and Dorina CIOBANU and Felicia PETREA, representatives from the business sector in the Republic of Moldova.
Participants reviewed the achievements of the project and proposed recommendations for students and faculty. For students, these included developing digital and technological skills, applying knowledge through projects and internships, and strengthening soft skills. For faculty, the recommendations focused on integrating interdisciplinary learning, employing innovative teaching methods, and supporting lifelong learning.
The workshop was organized within the Erasmus+ project “Skills4Future”, which aims to develop STEAM skills for students and faculty to foster curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses.
