of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova

From October 6–8, 2025, as part of Digital & Green Week, the STEAM Innovation Center, established by the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, FBAA, with the support of the Erasmus+ Skills4Future project (ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2-101081787), organized two events that fully reflected the week’s theme — the integration of digitalization and sustainability in education and management.
On October 6, the event “Multitasking and Efficiency in Management” highlighted ways in which technology and sustainable thinking can contribute to more effective management of resources, time, and teams. Special guests Amir Roitman (KMB Events, Quantum Business Club) and Igor Peresunico (E-Drive Ukraine, Electro-Drive SRL Moldova) shared practical experiences on how digitalization and innovation can transform work processes and support managerial performance in the context of a green economy.
On October 7, an interactive discussion between students and business representatives, featuring Mrs. Rodica Izman, Talent Acquisition Chief at EFES Vitanta Moldova Brewery, and Mrs. Silvia Spelciuc, CEO of VIA Cahul Cluster, provided a concrete perspective on how companies apply sustainability principles, social responsibility, and professional development practices.
Through these activities, ASEM promoted the objectives of Digital & Green Week, demonstrating how innovation, education, and collaboration with the business environment can help develop the skills needed for a sustainable and digital future.
