On October 28, 2025, students from the Business and Administration, Marketing, and Logistics programs at ASEM, together with faculty members, participated in the workshop “Higher Education as Drivers for Entrepreneurship and Innovation”, held at the STEAM Innovation Center of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, within the framework of the Erasmus+ project Skills4Future (ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2 – 101081787).
Special guests — experts from the Cutline Branding Agency, led by co-founder Ivan Țăranu — discussed market research, branding strategies, and the role of innovation in business development. The event also brought together other representatives from the business community, who highlighted the contribution of universities to fostering entrepreneurial thinking and encouraging student initiative.
Participants reviewed the project’s results and formulated recommendations: for students — developing digital skills, applying knowledge in practice, and strengthening soft skills; for faculty — promoting interdisciplinary learning, implementing innovative teaching methods, and supporting continuous professional development.
The event emphasized the importance of collaboration between academia and the business environment in nurturing creativity, initiative, and an innovative mindset.
The workshop was organized within the Erasmus+ project “Skills4Future”, which aims to develop STEAM skills for students and faculty to foster curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses
