2025, 11 April: Round table for preliminary defending of students’ License Theses

On 11.04.2025, the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, FBAA, ASEM, organized a preventive presentation of the research carried out by the third-year students in the framework of the development of their bachelor’s theses.
The works developed by the students reflect a modern and diverse vision of the challenges and opportunities in the modern business environment. The topics covered key areas such as effective management and leadership, innovation and technology (including AI), sustainability, social responsibility and current trends (employment of Generation Z, businesswomen), personal and professional development, case studies and strategies for improving competitiveness.
The participants had the opportunity to share their knowledge, receive valuable feedback from colleagues and professors and actively participate in the exchange of ideas relevant to their professional future. They demonstrated an advanced level in the development of bachelor’s theses and developed skills in presenting scientific papers.
The event was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”. The event was attended by representatives from the business community, teaching staff and students from the Business and Administration study program.
